  • Automating a client’s accounting functions to integrate point of sale, accounting, purchase orders & bill payment, expense reimbursement, financial reporting, inventory, and creation of customized dashboards.

  • Following the investment by a major new shareholder, we were called in to repair and rebuild a client’s complete set of accounting records following discovery significant inaccuracies.

  • Extensive fund raising activities for high growth companies including a $11.3 million Series A & $14.7 million Series B for a Platform as a Service company; $9 million Series A venture financing for a SaaS Analytics company, $13 million Series B Equity Financing and Term Loan for a leading CRM Company
